James Neuman, CWPC | Country Club of Rochester
In over 20 years of professional experience, James Neuman has been competing in culinary competitions including the Bocuse d’Or and the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon, France. Chef Neuman has trained at the Culinary Institute of America and with top pastry Chef Ewald Notter at the International School of Confectionary Arts. In 2011, he was named Northeast Region Pastry Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation Northeast Regional Conference. Chef Neuman is currently the Executive Chef at the Country Club of Rochester.

Executive Pastry Chef and Artist of the Joseph A Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center, former Executive Pastry Chef of Oak Hill Country Club, Vicki is delighted this year to lend her expertise in helping judge and mentor this years' competitors.
