2024 Statewide Epilepsy Conference
$2,500 Conference Underwriting Sponsorship

• Conference Sponsors’ names and/or logos placement on materials promoting the conference including flyers, email blasts, social media posts from ECNYS agencies, and other digital promotions.
• Conference Sponsors’ names and/or logos will be listed on conference materials including the program, and sponsor slides during the conference presentation.
• Conference Sponsors will be verbally recognized during the conference's opening and closing remarks.
• Conference Sponsors’ names and/or logos with a link to the company website will be displayed on the ECNYS conference website and member agencies’ websites.
• Conference Sponsors will have the opportunity to host information tables at several on-site "watch party” locations.
• Conference Sponsors can provide a video about why they support epilepsy education and advocacy services. Videos will be posted on the ECNYS conference website.
